Arc Events Organisation was founded by Archie May in June 2026.

 

Just two years ago, Archie entered the fundraising industry with no previous experience. Through determination, resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement, he developed into one of the industry's highest-performing leaders, building an outstanding fundraising team and delivering exceptional results for charity partners.

 

That journey inspired something bigger.

 

Arc was built to prove that success isn't determined by where you start, it's determined by the opportunities you're given and what you choose to do with them.

 

Today, our mission is simple: create exceptional fundraising campaigns while giving others the same opportunity to build rewarding careers, regardless of their previous experience.

 

Because changing lives doesn't stop with the charities we represent, it starts within our own team.
